RITTER BBFS+ Gas Analysis

»MultiGas« Sensors for BBFS-09 & BBFS-18

The RITTER Biogas Batch Fermentation System (BBFS) allows the world-wide unique combination of:

  • biogas fermentation tests
  • data acquisition of volume and flow rate
  • gas analysis of CH₄ and CO₂ as an option

… from up to 18 gas sources.

For this purpose, 9 high-precision RITTER »MultiGas« NDIR (non-dispersive infrared) Sensors are installed in one casing. Up to 2 casings can be attached to the rack the Biogas Batch Fermentation System (BBFS), enabling the analysis of biogas and many other gases in research and development labs.

Roller Table for Heating Oven BBFS-09 (Option)

Features

  • Wheeled table for setting up the heating oven for fermentation system BBFS-09
  • Total height incl. standing heating oven = standard height laboratory tables (920 mm)

Design

  • Table frame with 4 lockable wheels
  • 1 additional storage compartment below the heating oven
  • Suitable for holding the movable rack for the installation of MilliGascounters and absorption bottles

Materials

  • Frame made of aluminium profiles, table plates made of PE-blue
Table for BBFS-09 Dimensions W 570 mm x D 570 mm x H 620 mm
The illustration shows the tables with the ovens in place with the rack for MilliGascounters and CO₂ absorption bottles. The rack can be moved forward/backward for easy installation and handling of the MilliGascounters and CO₂ absorption bottles. The gas sampling bags (option) can be attached to the horizontal aluminium profiles.
