The 15th Latin American Workshop and Symposium on Anaerobic Digestion will take place from October 14th to 17th, 2025, in Fortaleza, Brazil. The event will promote dialogue on recent scientific and technological advances in anaerobic digestion and its contribution to the energy transition and decarbonization. Key topics include the treatment of solid and liquid waste, resource recovery (methane, hydrogen, nutrients, fine chemicals), water and sludge reuse, and strategies for a circular economy. It will also foster collaboration among academia, industry, government, and civil society.
